Joan B. Hayden, 93, of Vienna, WV died Friday October 30, 2026 at Elison Assisted Living. She was born in Marengo, Iowa a daughter of the late Logan M. and Roberta Grace (McWilliams) Kelly.
She worked at G.C. Murphy’s in Grand Central Mall and Public Debt.
She is survived by two daughters Brenda Fansler (John) and Cheryl Hayden; two granddaughters Marissa Jo Forshey and Chelsea Greco (Vinny) ; a great grandson Hunter Forshey; and several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Charles Hayden; two sisters Anita Harris and Ginger Elder; and companion Samuel A. Dye.
Services will be Tuesday 11:00 AM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Burial will be at Evergreen Cemetery North. Visitation will be Monday 6-8 PM.
