Mary Lauck
Mary Katherine Lauck, 93, of Williamstown, passed away October 7, 2026 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family. She was born July 7, 1933 in Sistersville, WV, a daughter of the late Ross L. and Dollie Higginbotham Brookover.
Mary was a talented artist who found great joy in painting, jewelry making, and bronze casting. She was an active member of the Eastern Star and the Ohio Valley Gem and Mineral Society, and a devoted member of the 6th and Washington Church of Christ.
Surviving are her children: David Lauck, Katherine Ernst and Trina Lauck, grandchildren: Rebecca Fedorko, Carissa Hammonds and Megan Kline along with six great-grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Mary was preceded in death by her husband, Jack Lauck, daughter Sharon Armstrong and six brothers and sisters.
Funeral services will be Monday 11AM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Evangelist Roger Rush officiating. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery, Williamstown. Visitation will be Sunday 2-5PM and one hour prior to services.
