Mathew Wayne Tippie, 41, of Guysville, Ohio passed away peacefully October 6th 2026 surrounded by his loved ones.
Mathew can be described as being a strong man, amazing father and pap to his three granddaughters who were his pride and joy!
He could not wait to meet his fourth granddaughter in January.
Mathew was a very hard working man as he worked relentlessly for his family.
He was a full time employee for Promanco inc. of Marietta, Ohio as well as a small business owner that he proudly ran with his sons.
In Mathews free time he may be found hiking, fishing, going to concerts of all kinds or simply spending time with his family which was his favorite time of all.
Mathew is survived in death by his wife of 20 years, Crystal Balch of Guysville, Ohio, four sons, Justice (Hailey) Goody, Maddox Goody, Trip (Brady) Goody and Chase Fiber.
Three granddaughters, Lyla, Novalle, Lakelynn and was impatiently awaiting the arrival of his fourth granddaughter this January.
In addition to his wife and children, Mathew is survived by his parents Brenda Smith and Larry Kile, two brothers Jason Tippie and David Beaver, many cousins, brothers and sisters-in law and several nieces and nephews who are all very dear to his heart.
He was preceded in death by his father, George Smith, brother, Roger Hartline and his maternal grandparents.
There will be funeral arrangements at Leavitt Funeral Home October 10th at 1:00PM. Visitation will be 11:00AM- 1:00PM.
