Herbert Frederick “Fred” Fleming, 84, of Belpre, passed away May 28, 2026, at the Belpre Landing Nursing & Rehabilitation.
He was born on July 22, 1941, in Delaware, OH a son of the late Elmer Monroe and Edith Catherine Carns Fleming.
Fred was a longtime member of the First Assembly of God Church in Parkersburg. He was a U.S. Army veteran and had worked as a truck driver for Parkersburg News.
Fred is survived by his sons Allen G. Fleming (Mary Jo) of Little Hocking, OH and Jerry Lee Fleming of AL; daughter Robin Lynn Montgomery (David) of Columbus, OH; grandchildren Jonathan Fleming, Andrew Fleming (Amaris), Christopher Fleming, Bert Fleming (Katie), David Montgomery, Christopher Montgomery, Matt Fleming and Curtis Fleming; and three great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Carolyn Fleming and grandson Michael Flinn.
