Cindy L. Dulaney, 69 of Belleville, WV. passed away April 15, 2026 at her residence.
She was born in Parkersburg the daughter of the late Ottis “Bud” and Florence “Aunt Chick” Catherine Abbott Miller.
She was a member of the Bethel Baptist Church and was very active with the Awana Club. The loved The Lord, attending church when her health permitted, children and her family. She and her husband had served as Foster Parents for many years. The enjoyed collecting charms for jewerly and porcelain Angels and Horses. She also enjoyed watching Judge Judy.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Glenn Dulaney of Belleville; Her children, Timothy Dulaney, Katie Dulaney and Wesley Dulaney all of Belleville. Her grandchildren, Noah Dulaney and Owen Dulaney. Her siblings, Phyllis Strine, Liz Pickrell, Jim Miller, Jeannie Law and Jackie Barber as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her grandson, Benjamin Dulaney, her sister, Carol “Pinky” Blackwell and her brother, Donald Miller.
Funeral services will be Monday at 11:00am at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg. Burial will be in the Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from 6:00 to 8:00pm.
