Cora Frances Evangeline “Eve” Adkins, 76, of Mineral Wells passed away February 18, at CCMC. She was born at home in Hinton, WV on July 15 1949, to her parents Isaac and Eloise Bennett. She attended Hinton H.S. On December 25, 1965, she married the love of her life, Buster Adkins, and was married 57 years until his death.
She enjoyed being a homemaker and taking care of children, even if they weren’t hers. She also enjoyed crafting and loved doing all the local shows.
She was preceded in death by her husband Buster, her parents, and a brother Jerry.
She is survived by her children Jeff of Ripley, Deon of Mineral Wells, and Pam of Rockport, along with 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and her brother Harry of Hinton. She will be forever missed by her friends and family.
According to her wishes, she will be cremated with no services.
