Eulah I. Harper, 85, of Parkersburg passed away December 31, 2025 at Eagle Pointe Healthcare Center in Parkersburg, WV. She was born on March 3, 1940 in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Howard R. Jenkins and Sarah M. (McCombs) Jenkins.
She is survived by her sons Gary “Guff” Harper (Lori), Mickey Harper (Lisa), and Chris Harper (Jody), grandchildren Shylah, Bobby (Callie), Dylan, and Austin Harper, great grandchildren Alister, RD, and Hadley Harper, her brother Roger Jenkins, sister Darlene Jenkins, as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son Robert Harper and her companion Larry Wiggins.
Funeral services will be Wednesday, January 7th, 2:00PM at Leavitt Funeral Home of Parkersburg with Pastor Rick Haught officiating.
Visitation will be held at Leavitt Funeral Home from 12:00 – 2:00PM on Wednesday, January 7th.
