Linda Lee Wilcoxen, 82, passed away Monday December 29, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on February 5, 1944, in Parkersburg, West Virginia, Linda was the daughter of Wilford and Helen Milhoan. She lived a life defined by love, service, faith, and quiet strength.
Linda was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. She shared 50 years of marriage with her beloved husband, David Wilcoxen, building a life rooted in commitment, compassion, and enduring love. She was a proud and loving mother to her children, Keith, Tracy, Matthew, and Mark, and a cherished grandmother to her eight grandchildren: David, Kent, Renee, Jade, Luke, Collin, Hayden, and Bella. Her family was her greatest joy and her proudest legacy.
Linda is survived by her husband, David Wilcoxen; her children; her eight grandchildren; and her sister, Beatrice Swick.
Services will be 1 pm, Saturday January 10, 2026, at Leavitt Funeral Home in Belpre, Ohio. Visitation will be Saturday from 11 am-1 pm. Burial will follow at Rockland Cemetery Belpre.
