Norman Ricky Farr
Norman Ricky Farr “Rick”, born on November 14, 1958, in Walker, WV passed away on December 7, 2025. He was the beloved son of the late Kermit and Alice Farr. Rick is survived by his loving wife Terry Farr (Null), his daughter Jennifer Null (Gabriel Gierosky), granddaughter Lauren Hoffmann (Robin, Pedersen). He was preceded in death by his sisters Eva Patterson (Donald), and Alice Dolin (Danny).
Rick was taken from us too soon, but the life that he did lived was rich and full. Rick and wife Terry shared many interests. They were fans of television, movies, football, music and collecting. No matter what was on screen he always had a background story to share about actors and artists he enjoyed. Rick and Terry especially enjoyed their trips to antique malls in southeastern Ohio and West Virginia. Rick wasn’t a casual collector, he knew the history and had a story for every item collected and every deal he found. Rick was known for being easy going and good-natured; everywhere he went he made friends, told stories, and had a laugh. Rick will be dearly missed by family, friends, and even his casual acquaintances.
Visitation and funeral services will be held at Leavitt Funeral Home 403 Seventh Street on Saturday, December 13, 2025. Visitation will be from 1 pm -2pm, with services following at 2pm.
