Darin Crites
Darin Lynn Crites, 56, of Mineral Wells, WV, passed away on September 17, 2026, at his residence.
He was born in Parkersburg, WV, on May 19, 1970, the son of the late Vance Clayton Crites and Betty Ann (Harris) Crites.
Darin worked for Halliburton and enjoyed bowling, fishing, hunting, the outdoors, and his job.
Darin is survived by his two daughters, Kaylynn Crites of Parkersburg and Lauren Cottrille (Tylor) of Fort Leavenworth, KS, four grandchildren, Maddox, NovaLee, Cole, and Maddison Cottrille, two step-children, Makenzie Blevins and Kaiden Blevins, and sister, Teresa Law (Sean) of Parkersburg, WV, nephew, Eli Law, the Bibbee family, and extended family.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Bobby Jo Crites.
A Celebration of Life will be held Saturday, September 26, 2026, at the Christian Life Center, 3211 6th Ave. Parkersburg, WV 26101, from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
Cremation services entrusted to Leavitt Funeral Home Parkersburg.
