Rodney Sheldon Moore, 72, of Vienna passed away April 7, 2026. He was born October 19, 1953, a son to the late Robert Moore and Ida L. Moore. Rodney worked as an IT Specialist for Bureau of Fiscal Service and served his country in the US Air Force.
Surviving Rodney are his wife, Penny Moore; daughters Lauran Miller (Nick) and Angela Killian (Charles); son Christopher Moore; 3 granddaughters, and sister Melanie Richards (Paul)
Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his sisters Ruthie Pratt (Lee “Squirt”) and Roberta “Bobbie” Miller.
A public visitation will be held Tuesday, April 14, from 12-2pm, at Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg. A private burial for the family will take place after the visitation.
