Catherine Ruth Willis, 90, of Delaware, OH, formerly of Belpre, passed away April 1, 2026 at her residence.
She was born on December 20, 1935, in Dunbar, WV a daughter of the late Robert and Hildreth Edington Murray.
She is survived by her daughter Anne Heidrich of Delaware, OH.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Cecil Willis.
Burial will be at Rockland Cemetery, Belpre.
