Charles T. Skinner, 78, of Waverly passed away April 4, 2026 at Eagle Pointe Healthcare Center.
Charles was born on June 3, 1947 in Parkersburg, WV. He retired from the US Army as a combat Engineer after 21 years of service in the military. He also worked as a diesel mechanic for Penske Trucking. He was a lifetime member of the VFW Post #1212 and enjoyed stock car racing, golfing, riding his ATV and shooting clay.
He is survived by his wife, Janet E. Skinner.
Military Graveside Services will be Friday, April 17th at 11:00 am at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.
