Donald L. Scarbro, 90 of Belpre, Ohio died on March 17, 2026 at his residence. He was born in Marietta, Ohio and was the son of the late Orville Dale and Opal Garnet Harper Scarbro. Don retired from G. E. Plastics and had been a member of the Mullen Memorial Baptist Church. He was a U.S. Navy veteran.
Survivors include his wife of 71 years, Barbara Scarbro, three sons, Greg Scarbro, Ron (Anne) Scarbro and Mark (Jennifer) Scarbro. Also surviving are his grandchildren, Sarah (Shaun) Collignon, Brian (Aimee Cox) Scarbro, Ben Scarbro, Megan Howell and five great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Also surviving is a sister Bonnie McCray of Marietta, Ohio.
He was preceded in death by his parents, 2 sisters, Betty Lou Scarbro, and Virginia (Tobe) Henry.
Services will be on Saturday at 2:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre with Pastor Jacob Timlin officiating. Burial will follow in the Rockland Cemetery.
