Jack Ewing
Jack William Ewing, 85, of Williamstown, passed away on March 3, 2026. He was born July 21, 1940, in Parkersburg, WV, a son of the late Willard and Wanda Jane (Satterfield) Ewing.
He was a Christian by faith, an avid WVU fan, and he worked at Eramet Inc. for 42 years, where he retired as a furnace operator.
Jack is survived by his wife, Carol Jane Ewing of Williamstown, WV, two step-children, Bob Allen (Wanda) of Newark, OH, and Russell Allen (Dee Dee) of Raleigh, NC, five grandchildren, six great-grandchildren, and a nephew, Herbert Ewing (Michelle) of Walker, WV.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Joan Caltrider.
Service will be on Wednesday, 10:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg, with Joseph Hunt officiating. Interment will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
