BETTY M. GREEN
Betty M. Green of Waterford, Ohio,82,died February 2, 1943, at Marietta Memorial ER Belpre Campus.
She was born October 25, 1943 in Parkersburg, WV. and grew up and lived in the same area until moving to Waterford, Ohio in 1968 where she spent the rest of her life. She graduated from Parkersburg High School in 1961 and retired from the Bureau of the Public Debt in 2002, after 34 years of service. Her favorite hobbies were hunting, fishing, camping and reading.
Surviving is her husband of 64 years, Ralph, her son Tulsa Green and his wife Debbie, and one grandson, Dayton Green, all of Waterford, Ohio. Also surviving are two brothers, James W. Powell, wife Sharon, of Parkersburg, Leonard Cecil Powell, wife Kelly, of Parkersburg and one sister, Mary Ann Robinson, husband Merle, of Waynesboro, Missouri. Also surviving are numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her father and mother, Hoy and Rhea Powell, one brother, one sister, and both sets of maternal and paternal grandparents.
