Teresa Ann (Hughes) Johnson, 63, of Belpre, Ohio, passed away on January 15,2026, surrounded by love.
She was preceded in death by her father, Everett Hughes; her sister, Donna Bailey; and her husband, Randy Johnson.
Teresa was a devoted mother, proud grandmother, and cherished friend. Her family was the center of her world, and she shared a deep, unconditional love for her children and grandchildren that never wavered. She is survived by her loving boyfriend, Jared Washburn; her mother, Patricia Hughes; her children Virginia Morris (Todd), Michael Johnson (Maranda), and Matthew Johnson; her siblings Steve Hughes and Joyce Offenberger; her grandchildren Aaliyah, Alyssa, Gavin, Jayce, Elijah, Adele, and Adaiyn; and her treasured great-grandson Weston.
Teresa had a joyful spirit and a big personality. She loved karaoke nights, laughter, music, and spending time with her friends-many of whom became family over the years. The family would like to extend a heartfelt thank you to her karaoke friends and close companions for the countless fun memories, the laughter, and the unwavering love and support you showed her. Those moments meant more to her than words could ever express.
Above all else, Teresa was a great mother and grandmother. She gave endlessly of herself, loved fiercely, and left an imprint on the hearts of everyone who knew her. Her warmth, humor, and love will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
No services will be held at this time. Donations in Teresa’s memory are welcome at Leavitt’s Funeral Home in Belpre.
