Samantha Jo hornbeck 33 of Parkersburg was called to a heavenly home on Tuesday, January 6, 2026 born on June 25th, 1992, loving daughter of late Carla Hornbeck and Ronney Thomas.
Samantha was a good person. She was loving and would give you the shirt off her back even if you wouldn’t let her. She always made sure everyone was cared for before her. Her daughter, Haylie Nicole Hornbeck, was the main person she was living for. She was a outdoor kind of person, you couldn’t keep her in the house for anything.
Along with her daughter Haylie, she was also survived by her very loving sister Sarah and her husband Brian, her brother ,Bryan Hornbeck was also one of her favorite people , her 3 cousins Renee,Cristal and lil Jim, her aunt Barbra Hornbeck, and her best friend Tiffany Gibson. Samantha was a family person she would do anything for her family, no matter what. Deep down, she is a good person and had the kindest intentions.
A Visitation for Samantha will be held Monday, January 19th, at Leavitt Funeral Home from 5-7pm. As per Sam’s and the family’s wishes, her remains willl be cremated.
