William Floyd Nichols, 62, of Parkersburg passed away January 5, 2026 at his residence. He was born on November 13, 1963 in Parkersburg, WV a son of the late Kenneth Dale Nichols Sr. and Barbara Jean (Husk) Nichols .
William worked as a welder for a handful of years, and worked at several plants in the area, finishing at Excel Logistics. He loved to hunt and fish, and he enjoyed spending time with his father.
He is survived by his brother, Kenneth Dale Nichols Jr., his sister-in-law Robin Blankenship Nichols, nephews Trey Dylan Nichols (Trinity Phillips) and Jordan Blankenship, a great-nephew Harlan Nichols, as well as Linda Blankenship.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Kimberly Lorraine (Nichols) Riffle.
William will be cremated, and there will be no services at this time.
