Shirley A. Ribeiro, 76, of Parkersburg passed away December 23, 2025 at her residence. She was born on April 21, 1949 in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Dayton and Mary Blackwell Harkins.
Shirley worked as a general manager at AVI Food System and enjoyed quilting and gardening. More than anything, she enjoyed spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
She is survived by her husband Manuel Ribeiro; son, Kevin Ribeiro of New York; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; two sisters, Mary Ross of Parkersburg, Tina Jones of Belpre; three brothers, Robert Spiker of Columbia, SC, Michael Spiker of Parkersburg, George Spiker of Oakland, MD.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by son, Manuel “Rebie” Ribeiro; daughter Stephanie Davis; and sister, Rita Davis.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 30, 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg.
Burial will follow at Rockland Cemetery, Belpre, OH.
Visitation will be held Monday 6-8 pm at the funeral home.
