Wanda Marilee Burks, 87, of Marietta, passed away December 20, 2025, at Waterview Pointe in Marietta, OH.
She was born February 6, 1938, in Williamstown, WV a daughter of the late James William and Berneda Marie Lacey Casto.
Wanda had worked as a drill press operator for Bron Shoe Company in Columbus, OH. She enjoyed going to the beach and quilting.
She is survived by her children Steven B. Johnson (Debbie) of Marietta, Mary A. Malone (Kirk) of Marietta, Brenda K. Johnson of Columbus, OH, Tim A. Johnson of Huntsville, AL, Carl Burks (Jody) of London, OH, Sonny Burks of Columbus, OH and Clayton Burks (Tammy) of Columbus, OH; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Carl Roger Burks; daughters Diane Cooper and Robin Turner and her brother and sisters.
