Paul F. Dowler, 69, of Parkersburg passed away December 15, 2025, at Camden Clark Medical Center. He was born September 13, 1956, a son to the late Frances J. and Nellie I. Dowler (Wright)
Surviving Paul are his siblings Marilyn Barker (John), Norma Hill (Dan), Jack Dowler (Renae), Janetti Lamb, and Roy Dowler; several nieces and nephews, and close friend and caregiver Janie Green (Roger), who took care of Paul for 20 years.
Along with his parents, Paul is preceded in death by his brother Marvin Wright and brother-in-law Bob Lamb
A funeral service for Paul will be held Thursday, December 18, at 11am, at Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg. Visitation time will be held from 10-11am, Private burial for family will follow at Pleasant Home Cemetery in Belleville, WV.
