Joyce L. Richards, 74, of Belpre, OH died Saturday December 13, 2025 at Eagle Pointe. She was born in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Virgil and Juanita (Hall) Chichester.
She is survived by her son Todd Galloway (Jodi) of Waverly; grandson Dalton Galloway (Jessica); granddaughters Morgan Galloway (Josh) Christina Stevens (Nick), Kenna Richards, and Crystal Richards; great granddaughter Anna Berry; great grandson Brody; and three brothers Rick, Kevin, and Doug Chichester.
In addition to her parents Joyce was preceded in death by her husband Michael Richards and two brothers Keith Kuhn and Virgil Chichester.
There will be no visitation or services. Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
In lieu of flowers please take your family out for ice cream in her memory.
