Elizabeth Ann Case, 95, of Parkersburg passed away December 5, 2025 at the Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born on November 11, 1930 in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Ernest “Sam” and Nellie Piggott Moore.
Ann retired from Corning Glass after 21 years of service and started working in 1957. She moved around to various areas around the country with her husband Fred’s work, living in Cleveland, Florida, Mississippi, Pittsburgh and finally returning to Parkersburg. She was a member of First United Methodist Church and the Pioneer Antique Auto Club.
She is survived by her husband’s children, Julie (Bill) McClung of Pearland, TX, Susan (Derek) May of Weatherford, TX; grandchildren, Wesley May, Bailey May and Jason McClung; nieces Lisa Ann, Marchell and Susan “Beth”; and friend Michael Buckley.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Fred Case; brother, David Moore and half sister, Carol Jean McCain.
Funeral services will be Monday, December 15th 2:00 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Rev. Dr. Alicia Randolph Rapking officiating.
Burial will follow at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the Monday 1-2 pm at the funeral home.
