Paul E. “Bub” Starcher 75 of Parkersburg passed away November 26, 2025 at the Camden Clark Medical Center.
He was born in Parkersburg July 11, 1950 the son of the late Roy E. and Peggy Wilks Starcher.
He had worked as a Barber in the Parkersburg area and was a member of the Warehouse Church.
He was an avid Pool player and loved music.
He is survived by his brother in law, Roger Green of Parkersburg.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sister, Linda Green.
There will be no visitation or services at this time.
