Carolyn Sue Ramsey, 76, of Parkersburg passed away November 17, 2025 at her residence. She was born on January 17, 1949 in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late John W. and Goldina Keeper. Carolyn retired from Public Debt as a cook.
She is survived by three daughters, Mylitta (Pat) Trembly, Angel Ramsey, Jessica (Josh) Davis; ten grandchildren, many great grandchildren; three sisters, Connie Blow, Sandra Siple and Sharon Bibbee.
Visitation will be held Friday 5-7 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home. No service is scheduled.
