Helen D. Yeager, 88, of Marietta passed away peacefully at her home on October 29, 2026 surrounded by loved ones.
She was a member of Calvary Community Church for over sixty years where she served as a Sunday School teacher and church treasurer for a number of years. She enjoyed gardening, painting, photography and sewing and
shared her passion for these hobbies with her children and grandchildren. Her love for flowers and bird watching was reflected in many of her crafts and photographs.
Surviving are her three sons: Kerry, Kevin, and Karl (Debbie) Yeager. She is also survived by nine grandchildren: Danielle (Brandon), Tara (Cody), Adam (Shanin), Darrick (Melissa), Matt (Kelly), Jeremy, Mark (Ann), Megan (Jeff), Kayla (Zach) and twenty two great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her husband of sixty five years, Edgar Joy Yeager, as well as her parents, Virgil and Bonnie Weaver, and her brother Hayward Weaver.
Helen was a beloved matriarch who was so proud of her family – she was especially grateful for her three boys, who took such good care of her and brought her comfort and happiness throughout her life.
