Helen R. Belt, 79, of Vienna passed away September 23, 2026 her residence. She was born on February 27, 1947 in Brooksville, Calhoun County, WV a daughter of the late Alvie R. and Ruby Snyder Goodnight.
She is survived by her daughter, Beverly (Russ Burnette) Moss of Painesville, OH; three grandchildren, Amanda Moss, Amber K. Berry, Samantha Belt; six great grandchildren, Jase, Aaron, Tanner, Addi, Kyler, Shane and one sister, Patricia Metz.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughter, Debbie, Belt; son, Ricky Belt; granddaughter, Christina Belt; eleven siblings, Phyllis Mahan, Sandra Arthur, Delores Jones, Shirley Ray Goodnight, Roy Goodnight, Robert Goodnight, Jerald Goodnight, Denzil Goodnight, Diane McIntire and Gary Freed.
Funeral services will be Monday 11:00 am at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Reverend Jimmie Cox officiating.
Burial will follow at Maze Cemetery in Calhoun County, WV.
Visitation will be held Sunday 2-4pm at the funeral home.
