Nancy Jane Doak (Wall), 89 yr old, formerly of Belpre, OH, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on September 3, 2026, at the Westbrook Assisted Living in Upper Sandusky OH.

She was born November 26, 1936, in Barboursville, WV, to the late Robert L. and Pansy B. Wall (Jimison).

She Graduated from Barboursville High School in 1954 and the Century College of Commerce in 1956.

On January 21, 1961, Nancy married the love of her life, the late Harold K. Doak, to whom she was married for 52 Years.

She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister and grandmother. Completely dedicated to her family, she loved to cheer her children and grandchildren on to succeed in whatever activity or adventure they endeavored in. She was a great cook, homemaker and baker. She enjoyed the holidays and the family gathering together to celebrate. She looked forward to her vacations to the beach or the Great Smoky Mountains. She collected hummingbirds, owls and precious moment figurines. Nancy was a member of Decatur Chapel Church, now known as Decatur Baptist Church, since 1977 and served as the Financial Secretary for the church for 25 years. A very devout Christian in her faith, she enjoyed her church family and singing in the choir.

She is preceded in death by her parents, husband and six siblings: Robert M Wall, David L. Wall, Shirley A Webb, Ethel M Hodges, Barbara J Moore, Kenneth C Wall and a great grandson Lucas D Barto.

She is survived by her children, Ralph L. Doak (Christi) of Columbus, OH, and Patricia D. Glover (Charles) of White GA; eight grandchildren, Jason A. Twyman (Ashley), Jacinda N. Coulter, Jessica L. Sewell (Jacob), Kyle A. Doak, Alison M. Crego (Cameron), Dillon Z. Barto (Emily), Jenna N. Smith (Jack) and Alexander J. Doak; and 16 great grandchildren.

The Family wishes to express their deepest gratitude to Tranquility Hospice and Westbrooke Assisted Living Upper Sandusky OH for their compassionate care.

Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Thursday, September 10, 2026, at the Leavitt Funeral Home Belpre, with Pastor Andrew Coblentz officiating. Burial will follow at Evergreen Cemetery Belpre.
