Billie Raymond Balderson, 89 of Parkersburg passed away July 22, 2026 at the Camden Clark Medical Center.
He was born in Parkersburg, WV. August 22, 1936 the son of the late Raymond and Kathryn Coe Balderson.
He had owned and operated Balderson’s Used Cars in Parkersburg for over 60 years. Billie was an avid outdoorsman enjoying golfing, hunting, fishing and loved Snowbirding in Florida for over 20 years with his wife. He was a member of the Grace Brethren Church.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Janet S. McMullen Balderson of Parkersburg. His children, Bill Raymond Balderson (Sarah) of Florida, Karen L. Bentz (David) of Florida, Angela Denise Lilly (Mark) of South Carolina and Robert Scott Earl of Parkersburg as well as many beloved grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his son, Kenny Balderson and two brothers, Tom and Jerry Balderson.
Funeral services will be Monday at 1:00pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Pastor Scott Hannus officiating. Burial will be in the Sunset Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Sunday from 2:00pm until 4:00pm at the funeral home.
