Susan Marie Javins, 73, of Elizabeth, WV died Friday July 10, 2026 at Mountain View Elder Care in Ripley, WV. She was born in Parkersburg, WV a daughter of the late Howard Lewis and Anna Mary (Keener) Fought.
She attended Elizabeth United Methodist Church. She cooked at several local restaurants and owned her own in Elizabeth called “SusieQ”.
She is survived by her brother Richard Fought (Lorane) of Elizabeth and son-in-law Leonard Priddy.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her first husband Emmett Woody; second husband Carrol “Wayne” Javins; daughter Angie Priddy; two brothers Lewis and Donnie Fought; and three sisters Vida Belle Buchanon, Beverly Miller, and Sandy Joy.
There will be no visitation or services. Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
