Shirley Ann Duley
Shirley Ann Duley, 79, of Mineral Wells passed away July 3, 2026 at her residence. She was born December 21, 1946 in Parkersburg, a daughter of the late Floyd Barker and Edna Mae Barker Delancey.
Shirley was a Foreman for Winan’s Services. She also was a Custodian for several churches and businesses in the area. She would consider herself the #1 Steeler Fan of all time.
Surviving is her husband, Robert Lee Duley of Mineral Wells, her children: Melissa Rockhold and Ken (Chelsea, Matthew and KL, Michelle Goff (James Dornon and Nakitann Edman), Bou Joy and Angie (J.J., Mikey) and Keith Joy, siblings: Billy Paul (Maddy), Lenny Barker (Kelly), Becky Barker and Billy Delancey, along with several great and great-great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by a daughter Delena West, son Denzil Joy, siblings: Pooch Riffle, Tom, Jim, Earnie, Ronnie, Buddy, Donald, Bruce, and Mike Barker, Patty Barker, Anike Sue Barker and Tammy Delancey.
Funeral services will be Wednesday 11AM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg. Interment will follow at the Ayers Cemetery, Smithville. Visitation will be Tuesday 4-7PM.
