Cecil Spaulding Jr., 54, of Buckhannon, WV, passed away at his home on June 21, 2026 at his residence. He was the son of the late Cecil Spaulding Sr. and Mollie Elden Spaulding of Pike County Kentucky. Cecil’s family included the many direct care staff, case managers, behavior specialists and others who took care of his needs at the Autism Services Center, REM, PAIS, and ResCare. Cecil was an avid collector of a variety of items, a haggler, a bargain shopper, a fisherman, and he was generous with giving away his treasures if he thought you would like something he owned.
Visitation will be Monday, June 29th from 12:00 to 2:00 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with funeral services to follow with Pastor Reverend Frank Miller officiating.
Internment will follow at Evergreen North Cemetery.
