Charles Edward Wallbrown, 96, of Belpre, passed away June 28, 2026 at his residence.
He was born on July 22, 1929, in Parkersburg, WV a son of the late Thomas H. and Leona Ward Wallbrown.
Charles was a U.S. Navy Veteran and retired from Johns Manville. He was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Little Hocking, OH, American Legion Post 15 and VFW Post 1212 in Parkersburg, WV.
Charles enjoyed dancing, playing the piano, traveling, camping and hunting rabbit and squirrel. He loved fishing and would cast a line anywhere there was water.
Charles is survived by his son Jeff Wallbrown (Debbie) and daughter Selina Taft (Samuel), 3 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his wife Alyce Eleanor Wallbrown, granddaughter Melissa and his brothers Walter and Howard Wallbrown.
