Donald Ray Marks, 92, of Belpre, passed away June 3, 2026, at his residence.
He was born on April 25, 1934, in Long Bottom, OH a son of the late Arlie Ray and Martha Oma Connolly Marks.
Donald had worked as an electrician for 45 years with the IBEW Local 968, of which he was a 74 year member. Donald enjoyed traveling and loved spending time with his family.
He is survived by his sons Steven Ray Marks (Barbara) of Belpre and David B. Marks (Ellen) of Lebanon, NJ; grandchildren Daniel Marks (Renee), Andrew Marks, Shaelyn Marks and Evan Marks; great-grandchildren Adelynn and Emersyn Marks; sister-in-law Patricia Marks of Veto OH; his dog Saddie and his caregiver Pam Riley.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Wilma Louise Marks, a brother Dallas Marks and sister Patty Marks.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Cawley Hospice, 2730 Washington Blvd., Belpre, OH 45714.
Funeral services will be 1:30 pm Sunday June 7, 2026, at the Leavitt Funeral Home Belpre, with Pastor Rick Headley officiating. Burial will follow at Sand Hill Cemetery in Long Bottom, OH.
