Sarah Lynn Pugh, 29, of Parkersburg, passed away May 13, 2026, at her residence.
She was born on August 1, 1996, in Morgantown, WV, a daughter of Ron Thomas and Carla Hornbeck.
Sarah is survived by her loving husband, Bryan Pugh of Parkersburg, WV, 1 niece, and several cousins.
She was preceded in death by her mother and one sister, Samantha Hornbeck.
The service will be held on Wednesday, 2:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Pastor Michael Lamb officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM before the service at the funeral home.
