Marvin L Flowers, 90, of Williamstown passed away May 1, 2026 at his residence. He was born in Pleasants County, WV a son of the late Curtis J. and Ada G. (Higgins) Flowers.
He retired from Laborers’ Local 1085 and was a member of Pine Grove Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Alberta (Lawson) Flowers; daughter Rhonda Hanshaw of Parkersburg; two sons Randall J. Flowers (Chris) of Lovettsville, VA and Russell L. Flowers (Sue) of Williamstown; five grandchildren Caroline Flowers, Catherine Flowers,Brittney Hanshaw, Wesley Billups (Michelle), and Katherine Billups; two great grandchildren Madison and Jack Billups; and a sister Vaudia Greathouse, and a special niece, Sandy Langford (Carl)
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife Linda (Rogers) Flowers; three sisters Garnet Malone, Betty Reynolds, and Geraldine Moore; and four brothers Robert, Donald, Lawrence, and Gale Flowers.
Services will be Tuesday 1:00 PM at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Pastor John Long officiating. Burial will be at Willow Island Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday 6-8 PM.
