Cheryl Sue Deem, 77 of Belpre, Ohio died at the residence of her daughter. She was born in Parkersburg, WV on January 12, 1949 and was the daughter of the late Dale Frances and Audra E. Deem Lemon. She had worked for the USDA Rural Development as a loan processor. She was an avid reader, love to sing and had been a caregiver. She was a devoted mother and grandmother.
Survivors include her daughters, Tiffany R. (Jesse) Wagenheim of Belpre, Ohio, Stacy McLaughlin of Belpre, Ohio, grandchildren, Arianna McLaughlin, and Adrik McLaughlin. Also surviving are a sister, Dottie (Don) Gearhart of Belpre, Ohio and a brother, Michael Lemon of Parkersburg, WV, and special friend, Jean (Stan) Souther.
She was preceded in death by her parents, her first husband, Michael Alexander Topolsky and second husband, Denzil Gary Deem, and two brothers, Tom and Timothy Lemon.
Visitation will be on Thursday from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Belpre. There will be a private graveside on Friday with Pastor Rick Headley officiating. Burial will be in the Rockland Cemetery.
