Roswitha K. Cline, 80, of Belpre passed away April 25, 2026. She was born on April 23,1946 in Riedern Krein Miltenberg, Germany a daughter of the late Rudolf and Elvira Krehla. She was a devoted homemaker and was the last surviving member of her close German lady friends, Doris, Molly and Lisa.
She is survived by her two sons, Gerald “Jerry” Cline (Carrie) , Robert “Robbie” P. Cline, Jr. (Rachel Herrod), one daughter, Cynthia Toussaint; 10 grandchildren, J.J. Cline, Ashley Carpenter (Kyle), Brayden Cline, Kyson Cline, Dallas Cline, Kirstyn Cline, Justin Toussaint, D’Andre Price, Katelyn DeGraef (Evan); , Andrew Herrod(Jenson); four great grandchildren, Lola, Lila, D’Andre Jr. and Adalynn and one brother, Siegfried Krehla (Regina) along with several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Paul Cline, Sr.

A gathering of friends and family will be held Saturday, May 9th from 2-4 pm at the Leavitt Reception Center, 620 Avery St., Parkersburg, WV.
