Donna Mae Browning, 83, of Parkersburg passed away February 15, 2026 at the Willows Center Nursing Home in Parkersburg, WV. She was born on November 21, 1942 in Belpre, OH a daughter of the late Roscoe James Stutler and Ruth Baker Stutler.
She is survived by her children, Cheryl Walker, Candace Ames, Kelly Mattern, Dewayne Adkins, and Brian Adkins, her sister, Norma, and 9 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, and 2 great great grandchildren, as well as several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Maxwell H. Browning, as well as her siblings Edward, Robert, James, Betty and Ruth.
Donna will be cremated, and at this time, there will be no services.
