Loury Rennard Horner, Jr., 64, of Parkersburg passed away January 25, 2026 at his residence. He was born on January 3, 1962 in Parkersburg, WV a son of the late Loury R. “Newt” Horner, Sr. and Neda Dawson Buckley. He was a truck driver for several companies over the years and was a devoted Christian, attending Mineral Wells Baptist Church. One of his greatest joys was spending time with his grandkids.
He is survived by three daughters, KaSaundra (John) Glendenning, Jessica (Richard) Hoover, Heather Horner; six grandchildren, Kiley, Skyler, Nathan, Neiko, Daicydawn, Dolanraye; two brothers, Jim Horner, Lee (Donna) Horner; and sister, Laura Rose Stringer.
Funeral services will be Saturday 11:00 am at the Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg with Rev. Shane Ward officiating.
Burial will follow at Walker Cemetery.
Visitation will be held at the Friday 4-6 pm at the funeral home.
