Danny Miller, 77, of Parkersburg, WV passed away Friday January 9, 2026 at home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born in Folson, WV a son of the late Solomon L. and Emily Pearl (Wilson) Miller.
In addition to his wife of fifty-eight years he is survived by his daughter Lisa McCroskey of Parkersburg; four grandchildren Ashley, Christian, Tiffanie, and Autumn; seven great grandchildren Noah, Wyatt, Brynn, Chase, Isaiah, Emry, and Tripp; a brother Darrell Miller (Kim); and two sisters Linda Doctorman and Misty Piggott (Ron).
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his beloved son Steven D. Miller; mother and father-in-law Ardis and Luke Hart; sister Loretta Mays; and a special niece and nephew.
He met his wife, Christina C. (Hart) Miller, in school and married her on March 26, 1967. They had two children Lisa and Steve. He was a proud father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He owned his own contracting business. Danny enjoyed fishing, boating, hunting, gardening, spending time with his family, and building several homes for his family.
Per his wishes no services will be held. Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg is assisting the family with cremation arrangements.
